The HM is looking for an RN with 3-5 years of Nurse Administration experience, in addition primary focus of clinical experience is ICU / CC RN. Prefer to have managed 35-50 FTE’s in the past. Directs and coordinates functions and activities of nursing department and assigned clinical operation departments. Consults with and advises Administrator on the general operation of the hospital. Develops nursing and clinical department’s goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures. Organizes nursing and clinical departments according to administrative and nursing service guidelines; ensures compliance with legal, organizational, and medical staff standards. Has authority and responsibility for establishing, directing, and implementing the Standards of Nursing Practice and the clinical operations and financial matters related to all nursing and clinical care areas and functions. In a Network Market receives direction from and has a staff reporting relationship with the Network Market Sr CCO/CCO.

The preferred candidate will have BSN and prefer a Master in a healthcare concentration.

The HM is looking for an RN with a minimum of three years’ experience in Quality and/or Risk Management in a hospital setting. Responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital. Provides education to medical staff, hospital staff, and Governing Body. Facilitates performance improvement activities, and CQI activities throughout the hospital. Acts as resource person to administrative team, department manager’s, and medical staff. Performs clinical risk management functions. Assists department managers with preparation for medical staff committees. Oversight responsibility for all regulatory body surveys, such as, JCAHO, State Licensing Review, HCFA (CMS) Validation surveys. Maintains oversight responsibility for all performance improvement activities conducted throughout the hospital.

The preferred candidate will have BSN and prefer a Master in a healthcare concentration. Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.

The HM is looking for a candidate who is responsible for planning, managing, directing, coordinating and controlling the overall operation of a single hospital. Provides leadership to ensure attainment of strategic objectives and the delivery of quality, economical health care services and other related lines of business. Initiates and enforces organization-wide policies and procedures that support the accomplishment of the hospital’s aims, objectives, and programs. Directs the short-range and long-range planning functions that develop goals, objectives, and strategic plans to ensure quality services and a financially sound organization. Develops and manages the budget for the hospital, allocates funds within the budget and ensures that the hospital operates within the budget. LTACH experience is preferred.

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements. Five years’ experience in healthcare administration/management with experience in facility operations management, personnel management, and/or finance. Two years’ experience at Administrator level preferred.
